1. Biogas type
A pneumatic booster pump is divided into a gas-liquid booster pump and a gas booster pump. The principle of the booster pump is to use the low air pressure of the large-area piston to generate the high hydraulic pressure of the small-area piston. In the industrial field, it is used for clamping the machine tool chuck, charging the accumulator, charging the high-pressure bottle, converting the reduced-pressure gas into a high-pressure gas, etc. Where the air source pressure is not high enough, a booster pump can be used whether it is a machine or a test device.
It is driven by gas, without arcs and sparks, and is completely used in places with flammable and explosive liquids or gases. No matter what causes the pressure of the holding circuit to drop, the booster pump will automatically start to supplement the leakage pressure and keep the circuit pressure constant. Compressed air, nitrogen, water vapor, natural gas, etc. can be used as the driving gas source of the pump.

2. Gas-liquid type
The automatic reciprocating motion of the pump is realized by a single air-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve until the pressure balance is reached again. The air-driven part of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy. The parts in contact with the liquid are made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media, and the complete set of seals of the pump are imported high-quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the gas-liquid booster pump.

3. Air type
The principle of the air booster pump is to use the low air pressure of the large-area piston to generate the high hydraulic pressure of the small-area piston. The air booster pump is used in the working environment where the original air pressure system needs to increase the pressure. It can increase the air pressure of the working system by 2-5 times, and only the compressed air in the working system needs to be used as the air source. The pump is suitable for single-air source boosting. No power supply is required (can be used in explosion-proof areas). Within the pressure range of the pump, the regulating valve is adjusted to adjust the intake pressure, and the output hydraulic pressure is correspondingly infinitely adjusted.

4. Chlorine type
The working pressure range of the chlorine booster pump is wide. Different types of pumps can be selected to obtain different pressure areas, and the input air pressure and the output air pressure can be adjusted accordingly. Can reach extremely high pressure, gas 90Mpa. The flow range is wide. For all types of pumps, only 0.1Kg air pressure can work smoothly. At this time, the minimum flow rate is obtained, and different flow rates can be obtained after adjusting the intake air volume. Easy to control, from simple manual control to fully automatic control can meet the requirements. Automatic restart, no matter what causes the pressure of the holding circuit to drop, it will restart automatically to supplement the leakage pressure and keep the circuit pressure constant.
